HOW DO I KNOW YOUR ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC?
This is the most frequently asked quartile in the sports memorabilia industry. Assuring you that the signatures on our products are authentic is our most important task. We have collected autographs for over 15 years and meet the players at various locations such as outside training grounds, after matches, at airports and at hotels. Where possible we get photo proof of the player signing the exact item. This is very important to us as we know you love to see it however it is not always possible to obtain. We work very closely with some exclusive contacts who supply us with authentic items on the odd occasion when we are unable to travel. All of our items come with a COA and 100% money back guarantee. We are always working on finding additional ways to prove that we provide authentic items as we know how much authenticity means to you.
DO YOU OFFER A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
You will receive a COA with every item you buy! Our COA’s outline our 100% money back guarantee. To support our certificates we always try and provide photo proof.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, We do offer world wide shipping! Once you have all the products you are interested in added to your basket, a shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout. Unfortunately we will not be able to cover or prevent any charges for import duties or customs taxes. If this is something you may be concerned about we would advise checking an online import duty calculator before purchasing.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We aim to dispatch any purchased items within two working days. We always send our items tracked and signed for and you should expect to recieve you item within one to two days of dispatch. We will provide you with a tracking code once your item has been sent.
For larger items or framed items that may need to be sent via a private courier, you could recieve your item in up to five working days however we will always provide you with estimated arrival times and updates when we get them from the courier.
DO YOU SUPPLY UN-WATERMARKED PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PLAYERS SIGNING?
No. We would never supply an un-watermarked photograph of a player signing as we wouldn't want anyone else to use our images to support fake signed items.
ARE THE ITMES ALL HAND SIGNED?
Yes, all of our items are hand signed by the players. We don't sell any copies or prints.
CAN YOU TELL ME HOW MUCH MY OWN COLLECTION IS WORTH? (DO YOU PROVIDE VALUATIONS?)
Unfortunately not, We don't authenticate or valuate any one elses items.
I HAVE A PIECE OF MEMORABILIA, DO YOU OFFER A FRAMING SERVICE?
Unfortunately not, We can only frame products which have been purchased from ourselves.

Please be aware, we do get a high value of donation requests so are unable to respond to all enquiries however we try our best to do so.
ARE THE SHIRTS YOU SELL AUTHENTIC?
Most of the shirts we get signed are replicas. We buy the shirts from official stores such as Sports Direct, Nike, Adidas etc so they are not fake shirts but they're not the 'match quality' shirts. We occasionally buy from the official team shops at the stadium and do sometimes get match quality shirts but these do come in at a higher price.
WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR SIGNED SHIRTS AND BOOTS?
All of our items come in various different sizes, if this is essential information to you just ask and we will be more than happy to let you know! We don't provide this information in our listings as memorabilia isn't meant to be worn as it could damage and devalue the item.
I'M INTERESTED IN A PRODUCT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK - WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?
Some of the items we get will be one offs where as some more common items we may be able to get multiple times. If there is a specific item you are interested in which is currently out of stock just let us know and we can advise you as to whether it will be restocked at all and if so give you a rough timescale.
HELP, MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH?
Firstly we advise you checking if you have been charged for the item. If not we would advise you to use a different web browser, if this isn't a success then we would suggest you try a different payment method. You can always call our customer service team if the issue isn't solving.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNT CODES OR PROMOTIONS?
We will always post discount codes or promotional offers on our social media platforms so make sure you are following us on Instagram and Twitter as well as Facebook.
We quite often do a 24 hour flash sale on selected items across our social media platforms.
You can also sign up to our mailing list where we will send out a monthly newsletter which will include all our new stock updates and the occasional exclusive offer.
MY ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED?
If for any reason your item has been damaged please let us know as soon as it is brought to your attention.
We check that all items are in perfect condition before dispatch! We do pack our items to make sure they are safely secured however we understand that some damage may occur in postage/shipping.
We would need photos of the damage to assess the situation where appropriate. We will arrange for either a replacement of the damaged item to be sent to you if possible however if it is a one off item we would need to issue a refund or exchange. Before we send out any replacements or give any refunds we would need to recieve the damaged goods.
